If it were not for some serious gamers who do their best to set out the gameplay and the tricks and the explanations behind the many many know-hows I'd be lost. the production chain of why you set up one industry first as against another, the challenge of balancing how you spend and the income that spending generates, etc is easy - that is the why and fairly straightforward. I am an architect/planner so I come to the game with a mind that thinks in harmony with the whole point of the game (developing a city and managing its resources) BUT BUT BUT it takes time to figure out the HOW. Awesome graphics, loved the era it is set in and pretty much the whole set up BUT BUT BUT unlike Sim City, it came with absolutely no manual and a much more complex learning curve. I decided to hunt down another game and really fell in love for the first week of trying out this game. I am a Sim City Fan and when I bought a new laptop with Win 7 the Deluxe Edition could no longer install it.
